A leading fashion retail business is looking for an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the Digital Marketing function.

The role combines strategy, team leadership, and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will develop the digital marketing strategy, lead the team, manage campaigns, and remain actively involved in execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

المهام الرئيسية

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in line with business and sales objectives.
• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing function, setting priorities, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email, website, and other relevant channels.
• Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, website traffic, store traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Develop digital campaigns around fashion collections, promotions, seasonal activities, and new store openings.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and manage key metrics including ROI, ROAS, conversion, acquisition cost, traffic, and engagement.
• Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, E-commerce, and other teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and external agencies/partners when required.
• Lead, develop, and support the Digital Marketing team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.

المتطلبات

• EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion, ROI, and ROAS.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, creative, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on growth and measurable results.
• EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
