A leading company in the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 is looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to join its HR team in Cairo.

المهام الرئيسية

• 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across technical, industrial, and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment KPIs.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
• Support workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

المتطلبات

• 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for technical, industrial, or manufacturing roles is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting.
