We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute the company’s digital marketing activities, strengthen our online presence, and drive customer engagement and sales.

المهام الرئيسية

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure content reflects the brand identity.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior and suggest new opportunities.
• Support website and e-commerce activities, including content updates and promotions.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
• Take a hands-on role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns rather than only supervising agencies or external suppliers.

المتطلبات

• Required: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Preferred: Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG.
• Required: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Required: Good understanding of content creation and digital marketing trends.
• Required: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Required: Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Required: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
