A leading company operating in the industrial, chemicals, and mining sectors is seeking a Senior Production Manager to oversee production activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of production targets.

المهام الرئيسية

• Manage daily production operations to achieve planned output, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and monitor production plans, resource allocation, and operational performance.
• Control production costs, material waste, and equipment downtime.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Establish and maintain production procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and other relevant departments.
• Lead production teams, develop employee capabilities, and ensure workforce efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
• Experience in cement, chemicals, or related industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production management, planning, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage production resources effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Very good command of English.
