About the role
Responsible for banking transactions, reconciliations, payment processing, liquidity reporting, and corporate banking facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage banking transactions.
- Prepare and process approved bank transfers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and clear unidentified transactions.
- Monitor cash and bank balances.
- Maintain debt-maturity schedules.
- Maintain banking and facility registers.
- Prepare weekly financial reports covering banks, balances, facilities, loans, • LCs/LGs, AR, collections, expected receipts, expected payments, and liquidity position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably 2–4 years of treasury/banking/accounting experience.
- Exposure to corporate banking facilities, loans, LCs and LGs is strongly preferred.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and payment processing.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- ERP experience required; Oracle/Odoo preferred.
- Experience dealing with Saudi banks and corporate banking facilities is highly desirable.
