Coordinate architectural BIM activities for contracting projects, combining execution and technical office experience with practical BIM expertise and knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.

المهام الرئيسية

• Coordinate architectural BIM models and technical information with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Use Autodesk Revit to develop, review, and coordinate architectural models and deliverables.
• Coordinate with execution and technical office teams to support project requirements.
• Review models and drawings to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts between building systems.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings and support quantity take-offs.
• Use Navisworks and other relevant tools to support model coordination and clash detection.
• Support compliance with applicable Saudi Building Code requirements.
• Coordinate team activities and communicate technical issues and resolutions to relevant departments.

المتطلبات

• 8–15 years of experience in the contracting sector, covering both execution and technical office activities.
• Minimum 5 years of practical BIM experience (MUST).
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with the Saudi Building Code (MUST).
• Professional proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong experience coordinating between departments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts between building systems.
• Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
• Professional ability to produce and quantify execution drawings (shop drawings production).
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
