Manage daily operations of the online warehouse, ensuring online orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, inventory movements are handled properly, and orders are coordinated with courier companies.
المهام الرئيسية
- Prepare and process online orders from order confirmation through packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are picked, checked, packed, and prepared accurately before shipment.
- Coordinate with courier companies on pickups, deliveries, delays, returns, and shipment issues.
- Receive new products and inventory into the online warehouse.
- Check received quantities and products and ensure inventory is organized and stored properly.
- Handle inventory transfers between the main warehouse, online warehouse, branches, or other locations.
- Prepare, pack, document, and hand over transferred items accurately.
- Maintain online warehouse organization and support regular stock checks.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or operational issues.
- Support order returns and exchanges when required.
- Occasionally handle customer payments and process orders through the POS system.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Inventory, Retail, and Operations teams.
المتطلبات
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer systems.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, accurate, and committed to proper warehouse procedures.
