We are looking for a detail-oriented Fashion Stock Control Specialist to join a well-known and established fashion brand in Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physical stock counts across retail branches, verifying inventory quantities, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock records.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the fashion or clothing retail industry, good Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to work accurately across multiple retail locations.

المهام الرئيسية

• 1. STOCK COUNTING & INVENTORY VERIFICATION
• Conduct regular physical stock counts across retail branches.
• Verify actual stock quantities against system records and inventory reports.
• Ensure accurate counting of clothing items across different categories, styles, sizes, and colors.
• Identify stock shortages, surpluses, and discrepancies during inventory counts.
• Report inventory differences and follow up on corrective actions.
• 2. STOCK CONTROL & REPORTING
• Prepare stock count reports and document inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of physical stock counts and inventory adjustments.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, compare, and analyze stock data.
• Support inventory reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are properly documented.
• Follow established stock control procedures and reporting requirements.
• 3. BRANCH COORDINATION
• Coordinate with branch managers and store teams during stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with stock counting procedures across all assigned branches.
• Follow up on unresolved inventory discrepancies with the relevant teams.
• Support management in maintaining inventory accuracy across retail locations.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or clothing retail industry.
• Previous experience in stock control, inventory counting, or inventory management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate educational qualification or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned deadlines.
• Flexibility to visit different retail branches as required.
