Make outbound calls to property owners, introduce the company’s services, and persuade owners to list properties for sale or rent. Collect and qualify property details, maintain follow-up records, and support the sales team in achieving listing targets.

المهام الرئيسية

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to property owners.
• Introduce the company’s services and convince owners to list their properties for sale or rent.
• Collect accurate property details, including compound, type, area, price, and availability.
• Qualify potential listings and forward them to the sales team.
• Follow up with property owners and maintain strong relationships.
• Record all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly listing targets.

المتطلبات

• Experience: 0–4 years in telesales, call centers, customer service, or real estate; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must: Fluent Arabic with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Must: Very Good English; Excellent English is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Must: Good computer skills.
• Preferred: Previous CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
