About the role
Handle buyers and sellers of residential units in New Cairo, managing the sales process from initial client contact through property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on assigned leads and bring in new clients and property listings.
- Understand clients’ needs and budgets and match them with suitable residential units.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate between buyers and sellers until closing.
- Collect client documents in accordance with the company’s KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
- Keep all leads and deals updated in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Must: 0–2 years of experience in real estate or any sales role; fresh graduates with strong sales ability are welcome.
- Must: Own car.
- Must: Valid driving licence.
- Must: Fluent Arabic.
- Must: Very Good English at minimum.
- Must: Strong communication skills.
- Must: Strong negotiation skills.
- Must: Strong deal-closing skills.
- Preferred: Existing client network.
- Preferred: Previous CRM experience.
