عن الوظيفة

Handle buyers and sellers of residential units in New Cairo and manage the full sales process from initial client contact through property viewings, negotiations, and deal closing. The role requires proven real estate sales experience and a successful deal-closing record.

المهام الرئيسية

• Follow up on assigned leads and bring in new clients and property listings.
• Understand clients’ needs and budgets and match them with suitable residential units.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate between buyers and sellers until closing.
• Collect client documents in accordance with the company’s KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
• Keep all leads and deals updated in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

المتطلبات

• Must: 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven closing record.
• Preferred: Previous experience in New Cairo.
• Must: Own car.
• Must: Valid driving licence.
• Must: Fluent Arabic.
• Must: Very Good English at minimum.
• Must: Strong communication skills.
• Must: Strong negotiation skills.
• Must: Strong deal-closing skills.
• Preferred: Existing client network.
• Preferred: Previous CRM experience.
