Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Consultify’s HR services to corporate clients in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on new business development, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and approach potential B2B clients across assigned markets.
- Promote Consultify’s HR services (Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, HR Consultancy, Training & Development, Salary Surveys).
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations (online and in-person).
- Understand client needs and propose tailored HR solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (HR services, recruitment, consulting, or services industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of corporate environments in Egypt or Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent English skills (Arabic is a must).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
