A leading company in the chemicals and mining industry is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its finance team in Cairo.

المهام الرئيسية

• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Prepare and review customer invoices, account statements, and payment records.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Record customer receipts and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and periodic financial reports.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to resolve customer account issues.
• Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or customer accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, customer reconciliations, and collections follow-up.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
