About the role
Lead the performance and operational excellence of a growing network of retail stores, improving customer experience, team performance, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations.
- Improve sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards and customer service.
- Develop store managers and build strong leadership teams.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
- Lead operational improvement projects and support company expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of retail operations experience, including multi-store management.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
