Lead the performance and operational excellence of a growing network of retail stores, improving customer experience, team performance, and profitability.

المهام الرئيسية

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations.
• Improve sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards and customer service.
• Develop store managers and build strong leadership teams.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Lead operational improvement projects and support company expansion.

المتطلبات

• 8+ years of retail operations experience, including multi-store management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
